Souqna is a consumer software product: a local listings app where people can publish offers, browse nearby listings, and chat with other users.
What Souqna sells
The only paid product sold through this website is Souqna Pro — a monthly subscription for sellers inside the Souqna app. Souqna Pro includes a verified seller badge, seller analytics, and automatic listing refresh.
Souqna Pro is software access billed monthly. It is not cash, cannot be withdrawn, and is not used to buy or sell items between users.
What Souqna does not sell
- Physical goods or inventory
- Third-party marketplace checkout for user listings
- Escrow, remittances, or payment facilitation between users
- Downloadable digital content from third-party sellers
Any agreement to buy or sell a listed item is between those users directly. Souqna is not a party to those private arrangements and does not take payment for listed items.
Payments
Souqna Pro subscriptions are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns and cancellations according to our Refund Policy.
