Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Souqna. By using Souqna, you agree to these terms.

1. About Souqna

Souqna is a local listings software application that lets users publish offers, browse listings, and chat with other users. These terms apply to the Souqna mobile app and related websites, including souqnastore.online.

The paid product sold by Souqna through this website is optional Souqna Pro — a monthly subscription for sellers that includes a verified badge, seller analytics, and auto-refresh for listings. Souqna does not sell physical goods, does not operate checkout for user-to-user item sales, and does not take payment for items listed by users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to create an account and use Souqna. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Listings and content

You are solely responsible for the offers you publish, including titles, descriptions, prices, images, and contact details. Listings must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading. Souqna may remove or hide content that violates these terms or applicable law.

4. Prohibited items and conduct

You may not list illegal goods, stolen items, counterfeit products, weapons, drugs, adult content, or any item restricted by local law. Harassment, fraud, spam, and abusive messaging are not allowed.

5. Arrangements between users

Souqna provides software for discovery and messaging. Unless otherwise stated, Souqna is not a party to any private arrangement between users about listed items. You are responsible for inspecting items (if any), agreeing on payment and delivery directly with the other party, and resolving disputes with that party. Souqna does not process payments for those arrangements.

6. Souqna Pro subscription

Souqna Pro is a recurring monthly subscription to seller software features inside the app, including a verified seller badge, seller analytics, and automatic listing refresh. Subscription pricing, billing interval, and included features are shown in the app at the time of purchase.

Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel through the app or via Paddle customer support. Access to Pro features continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

7. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process for Souqna Pro is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns and subscription cancellations in line with our Refund Policy and applicable Paddle buyer terms. Taxes and currency conversion may apply as shown at checkout.

By subscribing to Souqna Pro you also agree to Paddle’s applicable buyer terms.

8. Messaging and safety

Messages arranged through Souqna should be used for legitimate listing and communication purposes only. Meet in safe public places when possible and take reasonable precautions when dealing with strangers.

9. Accounts

Souqna may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm other users, or create security risks.

10. Intellectual property

Souqna branding, app design, and platform content belong to Souqna or its licensors. You retain rights to content you upload and grant Souqna a license to display it for operating the service.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Souqna is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Souqna is not liable for losses arising from private arrangements between users, listing accuracy, service interruptions, or third-party actions.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Souqna after changes means you accept the updated terms.
